We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.

What You'll Do

You’ll help doctors experience the future of medicine — where documentation happens automatically. Your job is to turn first-time users into active advocates by guiding them through their first consultations with Telepatia’s AI Scribe, supporting them hands-on, and ensuring they reach consistent usage that makes the tool indispensable.

  • Provide on-site support (technical and emotional) to ensure a smooth transition to AI-assisted documentation.

  • Monitor adoption metrics: consultations per doctor, drop-off rate, and time to first success.

  • Collect feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams.

  • Assist with patient consent (consentimiento informado) and ensure compliance.

  • Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for setup and technical troubleshooting.

  • Train new users on best practices to maximize accuracy and speed.

  • Identify champions within hospitals who can help scale usage organically.

  • Guide doctors during their first consultations using Telepatia’s Scribe platform.

    What You Have

  • Clinical research coordinators or assistants (used to managing consent and protocols).

  • Hospital operations or patient experience staff (already deal with doctors, scheduling, and patients).

  • Auxiliares de enfermería o instrumentadores who want to move to a non-clinical, tech-related role.

  • Visitadores médicos junior (medical reps tired of pharma sales pressure but great with doctors).

From tech/ startup side:

  • Onboarding / Implementation specialists

  • Field operations from delivery, POS, or fintech startups (who activate merchants, drivers, or retail users).

  • Customer success or “support on-site” profiles from SaaS or medical device startups
