What You Can Expect
The One Deals Internship offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside PwC Deals professionals on real client engagements.
During the internship, you will:
Conduct research on companies, industries, and transactions using firm tools and databases
Support deal-related analyses and project deliverables
Develop key skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation
This internship also provides you with the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and key takeaways from your experience with us.
Pathway to the Edge Programme

Internship Period
Please apply if you are available for either of the following:
Year-end internship: December 2026 to January/February 2027 (8–10 weeks)
Off-cycle internship: January to June 2027 (6 months)
Selection & Allocation
All shortlisted candidates will be assessed for suitability through the selection process. Successful applicants will be informed of their team allocation at the offer stage, based on:

Your performance in the case study and interview process
* You may indicate your preferred specialisation at the application stage. Allocation is on a best-effort basis, subject to business needs and availability.

What we are looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline — including Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields — from a local or overseas university
Analytical and numerically strong, with an interest in financial analysis. Prior exposure to financial modelling, valuation, or M&A (through coursework, case competitions, or internships) is advantageous
Passionate about Deals and M&A, with a keen interest in transactions and how they shape businesses and industries
Academically strong, typically on track for at least a Second Class Upper Honours (or equivalent), with a well-rounded co-curricular track record
A proactive self-starter, able to think critically, challenge assumptions, and approach problems with creativity and initiative
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments
An effective communicator, with strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Globally minded — proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly for cross-border work in Asia
Driven and committed to excellence, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in your work
