About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Support Specialist fluent in Brazilian Portuguese to join our growing iGaming team in Vietnam. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while experiencing international relocation with full company support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely online customer support via live chat, email, and internal messaging systems.
  • Assist Brazilian Portuguese-speaking players with account inquiries, game rules, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and technical issues.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments (Technical, Payments, Fraud, etc.).
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively resolve customer queries.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work effectively on a rotational shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays) as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming, online gaming, or a related industry.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Vietnam and work on-site.
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts
