Online Sales Agent
This is a remote position.
As an Online Sales Agent at NBN Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our VoIP virtual landline service. You will work remotely, leveraging our state-of-the-art CRM system, to manage leads, track progress, and close deals efficiently. You will also be provided with a company email (agent@nbnmarketing.co.za) to maintain professional communications.
Previous experience in online sales or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through online channels.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our VoIP virtual landline service as a solution.
