Online Sales Agent

This is a remote position.

As an Online Sales Agent at NBN Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base for our VoIP virtual landline service. You will work remotely, leveraging our state-of-the-art CRM system, to manage leads, track progress, and close deals efficiently. You will also be provided with a company email (agent@nbnmarketing.co.za) to maintain professional communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through online channels.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our VoIP virtual landline service as a solution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales progress.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in online sales or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms.
