ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY (OTA) MANAGER

- Manage end-to-end ticketing processes,ensuringaccuracy and efficiency.
- Handle reissues and refunds withexceptionalattention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize New Distribution Capability (NDC)tooptimize the booking experience.
- Apply knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers (LCC)inticketing and booking procedures.
- Leverage abilities with variousGlobalDistribution Systems (GDS) to provide seamless travel solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a travel agencyorsimilar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing,reissue,refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills to connect with clients and partners effectively.
- Detail-oriented withexceptionalproblem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with at least 2 GDSsystems(Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
