Onsite Engineer

a) To work with Management closely in undertaking duties required for projects. This includes but no limited to:

- Spearhead AV initiatives and provide inputs required for project procurement;

- To offer plans and layout advice for projects;

- To assist in procurement of AV hardware and software, ensure needs of the projects are adequately prepared;

- To plan, maintain and monitor project timeline and timely intervention as well as storing & transporting of equipment;

- To perform rack & stack, onsite installation, upgrading of devices/softwares, troubleshooting and repair of AV equipment, networking and other inhouse projects at customers’ premise(s);

- To complete cabling and trunking, programming and basic construction of set-up (use of ladder may be required);

- To be responsible for managing, testing and commissioning of CCTV, ELV equipment, Bluetooth devices and other required devices;

- To ensure all testing, configuration, staging and upgrading of the projects assigned are completed on schedule.

b) To provide before, during and after project services;

- Liaise with client(s) on the requirements;

- Conduct quality control analysis prior to event;

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, when required;

- Attend to service calls related to equipment breakdown;

- Provide onsite support and training to user at end-user’s premise(s);

- Ensure production and updating of documentation such as user guides & etc.
