Position: Maintenance Technician / Part-time
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and overall appearance of community properties. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, this role focuses on preventative care, timely repairs, and creating a well-maintained environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.
- Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.
- Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
- Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.
- Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
- Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
