Onsite Sample Management Technician (m/f/d)

Avantor sucht einen motivierten Sample Management Technician (m/w/d) in Langkampfen, Österreich.
Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle am Standort unseres Pharmakunden in Langkampfen.
In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Bearbeitung der chemischen Proben des Kunden verantwortlich und stellen deren ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung und Lagerung sicher. Arbeitszeiten: Montag–Freitag, 38,5 Stunden/Woche
Was wir suchen:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemie- oder Biologielabortechniker:in
oder - Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie oder Biologie (Bachelor)
- 1–3 Jahre Laborerfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit chemischen Proben
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Pflicht); Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse von GxP-Richtlinien sowie Sicherheitsvorschriften im chemischen Labor
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Excel und SAP von Vorteil
- Kundenorientierte Einstellung und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, gemeinsam mit dem Kunden Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
- Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Annahme, eigenständige Verwaltung und Verteilung von analytischen Proben (Sample Management)
- Prüfung von Probeneingängen (GMP, Non-GMP, Stabilitätsproben) und Information der Probenverantwortlichen
- Lagerung und Verwaltung von Proben gemäß Vorgaben
- Aliquotierung von Proben
- Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Proben beim Kunden
- Ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung von Proben
- Versand von Proben inkl. Erstellung der erforderlichen Versanddokumente
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen / SOPs
- Pflege einer offenen Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und aktive Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung von Laborprozessen
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie konsequente Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften

Das Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
Für diese Position bieten wir ein marktübliches Bruttojahresgehalt ab €33.012 (auf Vollzeitbasis), mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Profil.
