You\u2019ll be supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. The services are provided virtually during summer.<\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span> Provide evidence\-based individual therapy, group sessions, and crisis interventions<\/span> Conduct intakes, mental health assessments, and treatment planning<\/span> Collaborate with a multi\-disciplinary team\u2014including care coordinators, school counselors, behavioral specialists, and prescribers<\/span> Deliver services to both students and, when appropriate, their families<\/span> Ensure documentation meets clinical and insurance billing requirements<\/span> Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within HelloHero\u2019s EMR<\/span> Master\u2019s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field<\/span> Hold an active license in Ohio (e.g., LPC, LSW, LMSW, LMFT)<\/span> Dependent and Independent licenses accepted<\/span> Valid malpractice insurance<\/span> Experience working with children, adolescents, and families<\/span> Familiarity with trauma\-informed care, emotional regulation, and school\-based mental health<\/span> Reliable transportation (for in\-person roles)<\/span> Scheduling<\/span> Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM)<\/span> Scheduling is aligned with student availability<\/span> Structured caseloads and scheduling support<\/span> Requirements<\/span> Active Ohio license\- Dependent licenses preferred<\/span> 1 year minimum experience preferred<\/span> Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems<\/span> Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery<\/span> Compensation & Pay Structure<\/span> This is a 1099 contractor position paid on a daily rate basis or fee\-for\-service. Onsite days are paid at a daily rate and virtual services are fee\-for \-service. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and service format:<\/span> In\-Person Services: $30\-35/hr. paid as a Daily Rate.
