Your Responsibilities at IBKR:
Interactive Brokers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Analyst to lead and support the KYC Refresh program for open accounts. This role involves performing risk-based due diligence reviews, managing complex entity types, and ensuring the timely completion of periodic reviews across all account categories.
- Independently managing KYC reviews on Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Non-EDD accounts, applying strong risk-based judgment across a fast-paced, diverse client base including retail, institutional, and introducing broker accounts
- Performing in-depth contextual reviews of client profiles, including evaluation of trading activity, business operations, risk exposure, and complex ownership structures across multiple asset classes and global markets
- Conducting rigorous Source of Wealth (SOW) reviews, critically assessing documentation for credibility, adequacy, and consistency with clients' stated trading strategies, account activity, and overall financial profile
- Handling KYC Refresh for complex entity types including LLCs, Trusts, and EU and APAC entities, with strong knowledge of jurisdiction-specific documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and IBKR's global compliance framework
- Owning and managing the restriction cycle end-to-end, proactively tracking review deadlines, prioritizing workloads under tight SLAs, and ensuring timely completion to prevent account trading restrictions and client disruption
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, and Relationship Management teams to resolve high-complexity KYC cases, escalate emerging risk patterns, and support regulatory audits or examinations as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, equivalent vocational qualification, or demonstrable experience in AML, KYC, compliance, finance, or related fields
- Professional certification such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent demonstrating competency in AML/KYC, compliance, or financial crime (desirable)
- Proven experience with EDD reviews, SOW assessments, and multi-jurisdictional entity KYC (LLC, EU, APAC)
- Prior experience managing restriction cycles or periodic review pipelines is a strong advantage
