In this role you will define your own work and drive projects that build infrastructure for training ultra-high-scale open-source foundation models. You will operate autonomously in high-entropy environments, claim ownership of work streams and set goals and deadlines, and communicate clearly. You will work within small, high-powered teams, give direct feedback promptly, and may engage with web3 protocols, machine learning systems, cryptography (GPU-focused), cryptoeconomic design, and AI and crypto regulation navigation depending on your chosen scope.

Requirements

• Autonomy
• Appreciation of small-scale high-powered teams
• Experience with web3 protocols (preferred)
• Experience with machine learning technologies (preferred)
• Cryptography engineering with GPU focus (nice to have)
• Knowledge of AI and crypto regulations (nice to have)
• Cryptoeconomics and game theoretic design (nice to have)
