Saputo Produits Laitiers Canada recherche un Opérateur, Production (Mouleur) à temps plein, permanent pour l’usine de St-Raymond (71, avenue St-Jacques, St-Raymond, Qc. G3L 3X9)

En tant que Mouleur, tu auras la responsabilité d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des étapes entourant le moulage des fromages et aussi de participer aux activités régulières de la production de l’usine.

Salaire : 27,25$/h (+prime de nuit et prime de soir)

Nous offrons un poste permanent à temps plein. Horaire de nuit : 16h00 à 4h00. La rotation de travail se fait sur du 3-2-2-3 : 3 jours travaillés, 2 jours congés, 2 jours travaillés et 3 jours congés.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Monter, démonter et nettoyer les équipements associés au moulage;
• Effectuer le moulage du fromage;
• Assurer le contrôle de la qualité des produits;
• Travailler sur les opérations fromagères : démoulage, lavages, retournements, etc.;
• Surveiller l’état des équipements et rapporté toutes anomalies au superviseur;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l’usine;
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes à la fabrication du fromage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent;
• Maitriser la langue française;
• Posséder un minimum de 2-3 ans d’expérience dans un poste d’opérateur dans l’industrie alimentaire;
• Posséder une expérience de travail dans un environnement certifié HACCP
• Formation de moulage en accompagnement avec un mouleur
• Posséder une qualification en sécurité alimentaire
• Posséder une connaissance en maintenance industrielle
• Travailler sous pression – nombre défini de production par heure
• Être en mesure de travailler debout sur un quart de 12h
• Soulever des charges de 20 kg à répétition;
