C10 Labs is an AI venture fund based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We invest in and help build AI companies across enterprise software, healthcare, life sciences, energy, climate, manufacturing, and scientific discovery.

We're more than an investment firm. We work alongside founders from the earliest stages - helping them refine products, make key introductions, find customers, raise capital, and build companies that can scale.

Relationships are a big part of how we do that.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operating Partner who can help expand our network of corporate partners, technology leaders, founders, and investors.

The Role

We're looking for someone who naturally opens doors.

Someone with a strong network across technology companies, startups, corporate innovation teams, and enterprise customers who enjoys making introductions that lead to real opportunities.

This isn't a sales role, and it isn't a fundraising role.

It's about helping great founders meet the right people at the right time.

Whether that's introducing a startup to its first enterprise customer, connecting a founder with a strategic partner, or helping C10 Labs build relationships with industry leaders, your network becomes a force multiplier for our founders and the broader C10 community.
Build Relationships
  • Develop relationships with executives across technology companies, enterprise organizations, and innovation teams.
  • Introduce new corporate partners to the C10 Labs ecosystem.
  • Identify organizations that could become long-term collaborators, customers, or strategic partners.
Help Founders Grow
  • Make customer introductions for portfolio companies.
  • Connect founders with corporate decision-makers and potential design partners.
  • Help create pilot opportunities, commercial partnerships, and strategic relationships.
  • Share your experience and network to help founders navigate enterprise sales and partnership conversations.
Grow the C10 Network
  • Represent C10 Labs at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings.
  • Build relationships with corporate venture groups, accelerators, universities, and innovation organizations.
  • Help attract founders, mentors, operators, investors, and partners to the platform.

Advise the Team
  • Share insights on industry trends and partnership opportunities.
  • Help identify new markets and strategic relationships.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to strengthen C10's long-term network and reputation.

Compensation

This is an equity-based Operating Partner role designed for individuals who want to help build long-term value.

Operating Partners receive equity participation in C10 Labs, with additional opportunities to participate in ventures they help launch or support. Depending on experience and level of involvement, select partners may also participate in GP carry and other long-term incentive structures.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn't measured by the number of meetings you attend.

It's measured by the opportunities you create.
