The Position

Operation Administration Officer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily shipment and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Plan and manage transportation schedules in collaboration with logistics service providers.
  • Handle customer orders and update shipment information in ERP systems.
  • Manage weighbridge operations and verify shipment-related documentation.
  • Prepare, maintain, and validate logistics and transportation records.
  • Monitor transportation performance and promptly address delivery issues or exceptions.
  • Verify supplier invoices and support logistics cost control processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or higher.
  • Experience in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, or Warehouse Operations is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Valid driving license; Forklift license is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
