About the Role
Supportthe daily operations of the company by coordinating schedules, handlingadministrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. Work closely with staff andclients to support efficient operations.

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, documents, and operational records.
- Monitor work schedules and follow up on pending tasks.
- Handle administrative and coordination duties.
- Support management in operational planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
