Operation Executive

Responsibilities

· Shipping documentation (import/ export/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement)

· Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.

· Advise clients of factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.

· Ensure smooth and efficient shipment movement

· Book the consignment (freight / transporters / forwarders) in accordance with costs and price strategy of the company

· Handling customer enquires or complaints

· Recommend shipping solutions to minimize cost & optimize profit

· Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis

· Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.

· Conduct Market & Cost analysis on Shipping Line Rates

· Overseas Agency Maintenance and Development

· Develop and grow new accounts by identifying prospects, performing thorough research and analysis on sales options

· Maintenance good relationship with existing customers

· Participate, develop, and implement strategic initiatives by working closely with the management

Requirements:

· Preferably Junior to Executive specializing in Sales – Corporate, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

· Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
