Job Summary

Lead and optimize operational management systems to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer service quality. Manage budgets, forecasts, and staff while ensuring legal compliance and achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize operational efficiency by conducting cost-effective and appropriate processes
  • Develop and implement improved operational management systems, processes, and best practices to drive business performance
  • Monitor and update processes to maintain organizational legal compliance
  • Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives aligned with business goals
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for profitability improvement
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to support accurate financial planning and control
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs to ensure adherence to product and service standards
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a competent and motivated team
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance customer service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting financials
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills applied to team and stakeholder engagement
  • Leadership ability demonstrated through managing teams and driving results
  • Outstanding organizational skills to coordinate multiple operational activities
  • Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or related field
