Operation Manager
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily business operations of the company and ensure smooth execution of projects and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee day-to-day company operations.
* Coordinate project schedules, manpower deployment and resource planning.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors regarding project requirements and progress.
* Monitor project timelines, operational budgets and cost control measures.
* Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Support business development activities and maintain client relationships.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety regulations and statutory requirements.
* Prepare operational reports and management updates.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management or related disciplines.
* At least 3 years of relevant operations or business management experience.
* Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and manage business operations effectively.
* Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and business partners where required.
