Job Summary

Supervise and lead daily cleaning operations, managing a team of 10–12 cleaners to ensure efficient scheduling, attendance, customer service, and supply management.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 10–12 cleaners to achieve operational goals and maintain team performance
  • Create and maintain deployment schedules to optimize workforce allocation and meet client needs
  • Track daily attendance and arrange timely replacements to ensure uninterrupted cleaning services
  • Transport cleaners safely to various job sites to support operational logistics
  • Manage attendance records and timesheets accurately for payroll and compliance purposes
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain client satisfaction and service quality
  • Oversee inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and cost control
  • Provide training, support, and discipline to cleaners to enhance skills, compliance, and team cohesion
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or schedule changes to minimize service disruptions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective interaction with team members and clients
