Operational Development Specialist III (Whs SME)
• Implement system and work processes to meet internal and external requirements regarding functionality, lead-time and any legal requirements
• Be an escalation point for LSP's super users for IT and process issues towards global process owners and functional managers
• Verify that the generic IT and e2e process is implemented and used. This is done by driving yearly Audit programs. Results is summarized and reported according to defined reporting structure.
• Drive the collection of issues, consolidate issues, and drive issue resolution by developing generic training or new demand definition towards system or process owners
• Set up and secure a smooth operation of the e2e operation, report competence gaps/training requirements towards line managers
• Drive implementations on respectively local sites when it comes to new functionalities/processes
