A bit about your role
As the Lead – Operational Improvement & Capability, you will drive continuous improvement across Delivery Partners by combining data-led insights, operational governance, and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will analyse performance trends, identify systemic issues, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that will drive sustained improvement in field execution and product delivery capability with our Delivery Partners, ensuring Delivery Partners deliver the required Field Capability to meet nbn’s expectations, quality and customer experience.
You will bring focus and momentum to field capability improvement initiatives by supporting the design, prioritisation, and execution of targeted programs, while tracking progress against action plans and ensuring visibility of outcomes. Through your strong engagement across cross-functional forums, you will represent the voice of the field, ensuring operational realities are reflected in strategic decisions. Your work will create a more connected, responsive, and high-performing delivery environment that supports both operational excellence and positive customer experiences.
