Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the in country Sales Marketing/Category/Sales/Logistics on demo requirements
  • Partner with Demo Coordinator on the demo equipment requests for alignment, works out fallout and reasons for failure
  • Validates the approval from MDM or PM on the available country demo budget, updates in a weekly basis
  • Creates and manages order in SAP till delivery to warehouse, available in the loan management system
  • Closes requests within requested Turn Around Time and ensures to achieve the key performance index
  • Contacts planner or other team to fix issue with ownership when there is an error code, until closure
  • Tabulates monthly freight transaction volume & cost and updates to country teams
  • Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree
  • Typically ~4 years of experience in a business related function, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management or Finance Background

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) in English (Japanese/Korean etc. 2nd foreign language may need in term of the support country)
  • Strong knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiar with SAP/ERP system, PC & Printer products
  • Great team player, good learner with strong executive ability, responsibility and initiative spirits
  • Willing to work under pressure, hard-working, strong sense of time, multi-tasks manager
  • Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies
  • Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts
