Senior Associate – Operations Transfer Pricing
The Senior Associate in Operational Transfer Pricing supports the development and execution of operational transfer pricing ("OTP") strategies by analyzing client processes, systems, and data and translating transfer pricing policy into practical, scalable operating procedures. This role contributes to client deliverables, supports workstreams, leverages technology and firm methodologies, and helps develop junior team members.

Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of operational transfer pricing strategies, including process design, controls, and data requirements.
- Execute defined engagement workstreams and deliverables; identify issues, escalate risks, and propose solutions.
- Conduct assessments of clients’ transfer pricing processes, governance, systems, and data flows; document findings and recommend improvements.
- Assist in evaluating and advising on relevant technology solutions to enable OTP (e.g., ERP/reporting tools, data management, workflow/controls).
- Perform and review detailed analyses and independently solve moderately complex problems using structured approaches.
- Apply firm methodologies, templates, and technology resources to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client counterparts; communicate status, issues, and outcomes clearly.
- Mentor and review the work of associates/analysts, providing timely feedback and supporting team development.
What You Must Have (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience (transfer pricing, tax, finance transformation, controllership, or related consulting/industry roles).
What Sets You Apart
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, or Computer and Information Science
- CA, CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-related credentials
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools or analytics platforms, such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx, SAP’s SAC or PaPM, Oracle’s PCMCS or OAC
- Experience in client assessment and consultative problem-solving
- Exposure to finance or tax technology implementations and/or process transformation initiatives, including drafting business requirement documents, key design decisions, functional specifications and test scripts, and user documentation.
- Interest or experience in interpreting large and complex data sets, and developing reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry practices for tax data management (data quality, controls, documentation, lineage)
- Ability to manage day-to-day task plans and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff
Years of Experience
- Senior Associate 1: 3 – 6 yrs overall relevant exp with at least 1 year of relevant reviewer experience

What You Must Have
