Operations Analyst

  • Own the administrative and technical onboarding and offboarding of projects, including user provisioning, software licenses, and access credentials across internal tools.
  • Prepare, send, and track client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) using DocuSign, ensuring executed agreements are correctly filed.
  • Assist with the preparation, tracking, and sending of client invoices, and conduct timely follow-ups on overdue payments.
  • Perform minor administrative updates, record creation, and data maintenance within Salesforce to ensure accurate project data.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, manage team calendars, and assist with the planning and execution of team or client events.
  • Support the hiring pipeline by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing foundational onboarding materials for new hires.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or project coordination roles.
  • C1 English level or higher with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift that fully overlaps with standard 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST business hours.
  • Familiarity with team collaboration tools from an administrative perspective, including Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Basic familiarity with Salesforce navigation and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
