Operations Associate
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing Operations team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational processes that keep the business running smoothly, including:
➡ Managing our end-to-end monthly invoicing process (supporting over £0.5M in monthly revenue)
➡ Maintaining the accuracy of commercial data in HubSpot CRM
➡ Ensuring reliable reporting for senior leadership
Working closely with our Account Management, Sales and Finance teams, you'll help ensure operational excellence, resolve data and process issues, and support the continuous improvement of our internal workflows. ⭐️
As part of the role, you'll also take part in our Operations Associate Rotation Programme, giving you the opportunity to work alongside a different Operations Analyst each quarter on a high-impact business project. Through these rotations, you'll:
➡ Gain hands-on experience across different operational functions
➡ Develop valuable skills while contributing to meaningful business initiatives
➡ Build a broader understanding of how the business operates
➡ Discover where your interests and strengths are best suited as your career develops
🌟💥 This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in delivering accurate work, and is keen to build a career in operations within a fast-growing business, with clear opportunities to develop into more senior operational roles as the company continues to scale. 🚀

Required Skills
Meticulous attention to detail:
Context: The role handles critical financial and customer data where small errors can have a significant impact on revenue and reporting. You must be able to spot inconsistencies and ensure perfect accuracy in your work.
Clear & professional communication:
Context: You will be interacting daily with stakeholders from Account Management and Finance. The ability to explain issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
Systematic problem-solving:
Context: You will encounter non-standard issues (e.g. a complex invoice or a data discrepancy) that require logical thinking to resolve. We need someone who can break down a problem and find a solution, not just follow a script.
How to demonstrate. Walk us through a situation where you faced an unexpected problem, the steps you took to understand it, and how you ultimately resolved it.
Exceptional organisation & time management:
Context: The role involves balancing recurring monthly deadlines (like invoicing) with unpredictable, ad-hoc requests from other teams. You must be able to prioritise effectively and manage your time to ensure nothing is missed.
Preferred Skills
• Previous experience using a CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with basic invoicing or accounts receivable concepts.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) for data organisation.
Experience Requirements
This is an entry-level or early-career position, ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience in
an operations, administrative, or coordination role.
We strongly encourage recent graduates with relevant internship experience who can
demonstrate the required skills and key traits to apply.
Key Traits
• High agency & ownership: You take pride in your work and feel accountable for its quality and
timeliness. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
• Curiosity & coachability: You have a genuine desire to learn how the business works. You
actively seek feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and are quick to apply new knowledge.
• Collaborative mindset: You enjoy working as part of a team and find satisfaction in helping
others succeed. You understand that your work is a critical input for other departments.
