Operations Control Coordinator - 12 Months Contract - SGD3.6k

We’re seeking an Operations Control Coordinator to support real-time fleet monitoring, incident reporting, video/data retrieval, safety operator recordkeeping, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth and accurate operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support to maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and logs to reflect current fleet status and incidents.
Enter and maintain detailed records of fleet activities, alerts, and incidents in the Fleet Management System promptly.
Track and update Autonomous Vehicle (AV) performance metrics such as trip completion, disengagements, delays, and anomalies for daily reporting.
Compile and deliver clear shift summaries to ensure seamless handovers between teams.
Access and provide CCTV, dashcam, and in-cabin video footage as requested by OCC Specialists or Incident Controllers.
Gather key information (timestamps, vehicle IDs, event markers) to support incident reviews and investigations.
Prioritize urgent video requests during active incidents to aid real-time decision-making.
Maintain logs of Safety Operator (SO) activities, including attendance, behavioral observations, and non-compliance reports.
Assist in handling incoming alerts, conduct initial triage, and escalate issues to OCC Specialists when necessary.
Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Assist in organizing data, logs, and materials for internal simulations and drills.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related operational discipline.
At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency with fleet management systems, operational dashboards, and CCTV monitoring tools.
Keen ability to detect subtle anomalies in video feeds or data streams.
Prior exposure to operations in command centers such as bus, rail, or emergency services dispatch is preferred.
