Operations Coordinator (Construction Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations (aluminium door, gate, and windows)
- Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are properly arranged for site needs
- Handle documentation, site records, and compliance-related paperwork
- Support project managers in resolving operational and site issues
- Ensure work is carried out safely and in accordance with project requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the construction/building / M&E / renovation industry is required
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
- Able to liaise with different stakeholders effectively
