Operations Excellence Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Excellence Manager to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations. This role is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business impact through data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity while leading strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies

  • Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Drive end-to-end improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery

  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of business processes and best practices

Strategy & Project Leadership

  • Develop and implement process excellence strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead cross-functional projects ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and at desired quality standards

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive transformation programs and strategic initiatives

  • Provide regular reporting on project progress, performance, and outcomes

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Collaborate with internal leaders and SMEs to implement continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support delivery of SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in identifying and solving operational challenges

Process Governance & Capability Building

  • Define, standardize, and improve SOPs and operational workflows

  • Promote a culture of innovation and Lean thinking across teams

  • Provide training, coaching, and knowledge sharing on CI tools and methodologies

  • Leverage lessons learned and feedback to sustain continuous improvement

Financial & Operational Impact

  • Drive cost-saving initiatives, particularly in transport and operational processes

  • Support optimization of control tower and logistics operations

  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course (Master’s degree is an advantage)

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (HIGHLY PREFERRED)

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Excellence

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results

  • Advanced expertise in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
