Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Executive to support the operations and community engagement efforts of our Social Service Centres (SSCs).

Working closely with the Centre Manager, this role strengthens operational excellence, service consistency, and stakeholder partnerships across multiple centres through operational planning, quality improvement, resource coordination, performance monitoring, and community partnership development.

The successful candidate will build relationships with community, healthcare, grassroots, education, and corporate partners to enhance outreach, improve service accessibility, and support strategic initiatives that advance 365CPS’ mission of serving individuals affected by cancer.

Purpose of Job

  • Support the Centre Manager in overseeing operational excellence across the Social Service Centres.
  • Ensure consistency of service delivery, operational processes, and centre utilisation across multiple locations.
  • Lead community partnership development and stakeholder engagement efforts to strengthen outreach and beneficiary access.
  • Drive operational improvement initiatives and support data-driven decision making to enhance centre effectiveness.

Key responsibility areas

Operational Coordination & Service Improvement

  • Support the Centre Manager in coordinating operations across the Social Service Centres .
  • Monitor operational trends, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of service enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-centre projects, operational reviews, and organisation-wide initiatives assigned by the Centre Manager.
  • Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and service practices.

Community Partnerships & Outreach

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community organisations, healthcare institutions, grassroots networks, schools, and corporate partners.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration to enhance outreach, service accessibility, and community awareness.
  • Coordinate community outreach efforts, and collaborative initiatives across the SSCs.
  • Represent 365CPS at networking sessions, community engagement events, and partnership meetings where required.

Data, Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Consolidate operational, programme, and partnership data across the SSCs.
  • Monitor centre utilisation and activities outcomes to support program planning and improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates for review by the Centre Manager and Programmes & Services leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, community engagement, partnership development, stakeholder management, or project coordination.
  • Experience in the social service, healthcare, community, or non-profit sector will be advantageous.
  • Experience in community outreach, partnership development, or cross-functional project coordination preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Community Development, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
