Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Operations Executive. You will play a key role in operations planning and deployment while working closely with Sales, Finance and HR to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to play key roles in Operations, including:

Operations & Deployment

  • Assist in the management of daily manpower deployment and site coordination.
  • Ensure punctual reporting and proper execution of assigned duties.
  • Resolve operational issues independently.

Manpower & Discipline

  • Oversee attendance, OT, OIL, MC, leave and worker movement.
  • Manage MIA cases, late reporting and site non-compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding, re-deployment and termination arrangements.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintain proper JCF, site logs and operational documentation.
  • Ensure submission of accurate documentation to Finance and HR.

Compliance & Dormitory Management

  • Enforce site safety and MOM compliance requirements.
  • Assist in managing dormitory allocation, transfers and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor dormitory costs and support monthly reconciliation.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance and HR for smooth project execution.
  • Support Management in operational planning and cost control.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar role preferably in preventive maintenance and/or construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful & meticulous
  • Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
  • Analytical and well organized

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $3,200 – $5,500 per month (depending on experience)
