Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including on-site supervision, staff deployment, and performing cleaning duties as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to assess service requirements, assist with quotations, and follow up with clients.
  • Develop, train, and guide operational staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and high-quality service standards, while supporting their well-being and professional growth.
  • Ensure cleaning works meet service, safety, and scheduling standards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Liaise with clients, aligning expectations and providing excellent face-to-face communication.
  • Prepare operational and site reports and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in workflows, SOPs, and overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the cleaning industry, preferably with hands-on operational experience
  • Comfortable being on-site and performing operational duties daily
  • Strong coordination skills with confident client-facing communication
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks or sites simultaneously
  • Able to develop, train, and guide staff to follow SOPs and maintain high-quality standards
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on operational improvement
  • Team player capable of collaborating across internal teams
