π§ We Are Hiring β Operations Executive (Automotive)
Looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at Ah Keng Motor π
This role requires someone with automotive knowledge or workshop experience to coordinate daily operations effectively.
π Job Scope
β’ Liaise with customers on vehicle issues and job updates (WhatsApp / calls)
β’ Coordinate with workshop team on repair progress
β’ Work with Managers to prepare quotations
β’ Communicate with suppliers for parts pricing and availability
β’ Follow up on customer approvals before work proceeds
β’ Ensure all jobs have proper documentation (quotation, approval, job records)
β’ Monitor job status and ensure smooth workflow
π Working Hours
β’ Monday to Friday: 9:00am β 6:00pm
β’ Saturday: 9:00am β 1:00pm
β’ 5.5-day work week
π° Salary & Benefits
β’ Salary: $2,500 β $3,000 (depending on experience)
β’ Medical benefits provided
β’ Overtime payable in accordance with regulations
β’ All other terms in accordance with MOM regulations
β Requirements (KEY)
β’ Background in automotive studies OR workshop experience
β’ Able to understand basic vehicle issues and repair processes
β’ Able to communicate with customers, workshop and suppliers
β’ Good coordination and follow-up skills
β’ Responsible, organised and able to multitask
β’ Able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
