Operations Executive (Cleaning)

  • Assist the Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) in various projects, including coordination, execution of general cleaning processes, and managing cleaning logistics.
  • Conduct on-site risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Review work orders to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
  • Assist in the delivery of equipment and cleaning products to customer sites.
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaning staff; ensure team members' skills and service competencies are consistently maintained.
  • Report to the Operations Manager.
  • Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.


Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma Holders
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manpower management is preferred

  • Able to accept 5.5 working days and last-minute work assignments

  • Fluency in written and verbal English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team
