Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations across administrative and agency functions
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for organization activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in administrative, operations, or event coordination roles preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
