Operations Executive
We are looking for a proactive and positive individual with a sunny disposition to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations across administrative and agency functions
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for organization activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and alignment
- Manage documentation, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Relevant experience in administrative, operations, or event coordination roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
