Operations Executive (F&B)

About the role

Operations Executive role focused on financial planning, manpower management, sales coordination, and operational oversight across food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot any manpower cost discrepancies

  • Prepare analysis reports and data analysis

  • Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews for outlet staffs

  • Conduct appraisals for outlet staff

  • Evaluate on trainings conducted to the outlet staff

  • Upkeep TMS & SAP system

  • Ensure SOP in place and ensure the staff execute it across the outlets accordingly

  • Troubleshoot the operational issues and provide solutions to the problems

  • Identify solutions to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours

  • Keep track of daily sales and coordinate with In-charged/Supervisor to ensure the sales target is met

  • Reassess the sales target monthly and adjust it according to outlet demand and potential

  • Resolve all outlets issues such as maintenance, IT equipment etc

  • Work with Admin Coordinator on getting the required data and follow up actions

  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior

About you

  • Diploma in F&B related subject

  • Candidates with F&B industry experience will be added advantage

  • Hands on and positive learning attitude

  • Willing to work 5.5-day week

  • Willing to develop a career in F&B industry

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • You will be required to travel to outlets for this position
