Job Summary

Security Enforcer Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Operations Executive to lead daily security operations, manage personnel, and ensure compliance across multiple sites, supporting client needs and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily security operations across multiple sites to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
• Liaise promptly and professionally with clients to address operational matters and maintain strong relationships
• Supervise, guide, and manage deployed security officers and site supervisors to maintain high performance and compliance
• Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations, and operational reviews to identify and resolve security issues
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company SOPs, and regulatory standards to uphold operational integrity
• Prepare detailed reports, incident investigations, deployment schedules, and operational documentation for transparency and accountability
• Attend client meetings and provide operational support to align security services with client expectations
• Respond effectively to emergencies, manpower issues, and operational contingencies to maintain security readiness

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Security Supervisor (SS) rank and above
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence and ownership of a vehicle

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior operations experience in the security industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Salary Range: $3,700 – $4,500 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Transport claims/allowances where applicable
