Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update all policies and procedures manuals to reflect current practices
  • Hire and train administrative staff to build a competent support team
  • Delegate tasks effectively to administrative assistants to optimize workflow
  • Create and organize personnel folders for new hires to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Monitor and project staffing needs to support department growth and resource planning
  • Oversee department budget planning and development to manage financial resources
  • Manage and maintain all department databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Perform clerical accounting and general office duties as required to support daily operations
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments to foster collaboration
