Responsibilities

- Delegate tasks effectively to administrative assistants to optimize workflow
- Create and organize personnel folders for new hires to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Monitor and project staffing needs to support department growth and resource planning
- Oversee department budget planning and development to manage financial resources
- Manage and maintain all department databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Perform clerical accounting and general office duties as required to support daily operations
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments to foster collaboration
