Purpose

Help athme deliver smooth, well-organized sports events by making sure every operational detail is planned, coordinated, and followed up from start to finish.

This role works closely with the COO and supports the day-to-day operations behind athme’s events, bookings, logistics, coordination, and execution. The goal is to make sure every piece is in place so athletes, communities, venues, and partners have a reliable and high-quality experience.

If you are deeply interested in how things work, how systems connect, and how to make every piece align like a perfect puzzle, this role is built for you.

  • Help manage event logistics, including venues, bookings, schedules, capacity, equipment, timing, and practical details

  • Work closely with community, marketing, data, and product roles to make sure event planning is aligned with demand and communication

  • Help create scalable operational systems that make it easier for athme to run more events across more sports
