In this Operations Manager role, you will be:
- Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction.
- Assuring highest care about People management.
- Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s).
- Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.
- Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and building a strategy
- Promoting the continuous improvement of culture and sustainability of the program
- Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture
- Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/economics or master’s in supply chain
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
