Operations Manager

Bevatel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our core product teams, including Account Management, Voice, and Business Chat.<\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span>

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth service delivery.<\/span>

  • Monitor performance, SLAs, and operational KPIs to maintain high service quality.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Drive process optimization, efficiency, and scalability.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross\-functional teams.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Support teams.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 3+ years of experience in Operations Management (SaaS, Telecom, or Tech preferred).<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Solid understanding of service operations and performance management.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience managing multiple teams or functions.<\/span>
