Operations Manager
Bevatel is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across our core product teams, including Account Management, Voice, and Business Chat.<\/span> <\/span> Oversee daily operations across multiple departments and ensure smooth service delivery.<\/span> Monitor performance, SLAs, and operational KPIs to maintain high service quality.<\/span> Drive process optimization, efficiency, and scalability.<\/span> Lead, mentor, and manage cross\-functional teams.<\/span> Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Support teams.<\/span> Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span> Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.<\/span> 3+ years of experience in Operations Management (SaaS, Telecom, or Tech preferred).<\/span> Strong leadership and people management skills.<\/span> Solid understanding of service operations and performance management.<\/span> Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.<\/span> Experience managing multiple teams or functions.<\/span> Peace of Mind:<\/b> Robust Social and Medical Insurance coverage.
