Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution.
- Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met.
- Supervise logistics staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multiple project sites.
- Monitor fleet maintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Review operational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, and logistics costs.
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Prepare operational and logistics reports for management review.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction operations, logistics, or fleet management.
- At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in the construction industry.
- Experience managing cranes, lorries, machinery, fleet operations, and site manpower.
- Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and operational requirements.
- Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of WSH requirements and regulatory compliance for fleet and machinery operations.
