Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, supervising teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure business processes run efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations staff and team leaders.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory control where applicable.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of company objectives.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
  • Track KPIs and ensure achievement of operational targets

Requirement

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software/ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
