Operations Manager

This is a first-line, hands-on people leadership role supporting a local team of Presentation Specialists. The focus is on day-to-day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed
  • Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks/issues to management
  • Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness
  • Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced English
  • 3+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience
  • Proven experience leading a team is required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to KPI tracking and basic workforce planning
