Operations Manager

Overview

Drive Physician Enterprise organizational value through the successful management and execution of multidisciplinary projects and enterprise initiatives in addition to continuous operational improvement. Partner with key organizational and operational leaders throughout the health system to scope, plan, implement, and sustain strategically important initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related healthcare field Required
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations experience Required
• Prior experience in a project management department/office or consulting firm Preferred
• Supervisory/management experience Preferred
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodology Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• None Required
• Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
