The Operations Manager\-Residential<\/b> will be responsible for overseeing end\-to\-end operational activities across multiple premium gated communities/residential apartments to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. Education:<\/b>

  • B.E/B.Tech
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Experience:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • 5+ years of experience in residential facility management.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Good knowledge of MEP, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Skills:<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Strong leadership and communication skills.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Good planning and problem\-solving abilities.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Able to analyze reports and make data\-driven decisions.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Customer\-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Willing to travel for site visits within bangalore
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Should ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all time.
