Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Lead and optimize daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets to drive sales performance, ensure consistent product quality, enforce food safety standards, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective team supervision and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all outlets to ensure seamless workflow and service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze outlet sales performance and profitability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain consistent product quality across all outlets to meet brand standards
  • Track inventory levels and implement waste reduction strategies to optimize resources
  • Supervise and develop outlet management teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Plan and conduct regular outlet inspections and audits to ensure compliance and quality
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through proactive management
  • Enforce strict food safety standards across all outlets to comply with regulations
  • Prepare and submit detailed operational reports regularly to inform senior management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food and Beverages Operations Management, or related disciplines preferred
  • Experience in managing three (3) or more outlets preferred
  • Experience in chain-store or franchise operations highly preferred

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) management
  • More experienced applicants may be considered for Senior Operations Manager position
