Role purpose

Lead the delivery of safe, compliant and high-performing centre operations, ensuring excellence across presentation, security, maintenance and customer experience. As a key leader, you’ll manage contractors, oversee budgets and drive strategic initiatives that enhance asset performance and long-term sustainability, while partnering closely with the Centre Manager and broader team.

About the Role

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving capability, engagement and performance outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end centre operations including contractor management across cleaning, security and building services
  • Ensure compliance with safety, risk and regulatory requirements, including emergency management and essential safety measures
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor costs and identify opportunities to optimise spend and improve efficiency
  • Deliver capital projects, ESG initiatives and operational improvements aligned to asset strategy

About You

  • Proven experience in operations or facilities management within retail or mixed-use environments
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and contractor performance
  • Solid understanding of safety, compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, forecasting and cost control
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
