Operations Officer (Enforcement)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned zones (e.g., parking facilities, entrances/exits, restricted areas).
  • Detect and document instances of tailgating, unauthorized vehicle access, and illegal parking.
  • Enforce parking rules and entry/exit protocols in accordance with applicable SOP and organizational policies.
  • Issue violation notices, warnings, and/or wheel-clamping to non-compliant vehicles.
  • Capture and maintain photographic or video evidence for enforcement actions and incident reporting.
  • Assist in reviewing surveillance footage to investigate suspected violations.
  • Attend briefings and training sessions related to enforcement, safety, and legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent Or “O” levels.
  • Previous experience in enforcement or security preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or confrontational situations.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, license plate recognition (LPR), and enforcement tools (e.g., handheld devices, bodycams) is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Physically fit and able to conduct foot patrols, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Work Conditions:

  • Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Both indoor and outdoor working environments.
  • Require wearing a uniform or identification badge.
