JOB OVERVIEW:
The Operations Processor – Other Lines is responsible for the efficient processing of all Commercial and Casualty policies (excluding Marine) across all contract categories in line with GGIL’s service and operating standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Continuity & Administrative Duties
• To comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Quality Assurance (QA) department at all times.
• To perform accurate and efficient data entry of all assigned Commercial and Casualty policy and client information on WebSTAR as per Underwriting (UW) instructions via M-Files business processes.
• To ensure accurate and efficient preparation, printing and dispatch of Commercial and Casualty policy contracts and other key documents (e.g. schedules, invoices, certificates etc.).
• To review and reconcile information on printed documents with UW instructions on WebSTAR / M-Files prior to dispatch.
• To perform any administrative and/or other job-related duties as assigned by the Coordinator – Other Lines and Marine Processing / Team Leader / Manager – Business Process Optimization.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• To provide high levels of Hello GG Customer Service to all stakeholders (internal or external).
3. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Team Leader or Manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Five (5) O-Level subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English A
• Two (2) A-Level subjects
• Minimum of two (2) years in a similar data-entry role
• At least 2 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry - Property and Casualty
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.

He / she must have a positive work ethic and must pay attention to detail. The Quality Assurer – Other Lines must also place strong emphasis on integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. He / she must be customer service-oriented and a team player, and should always be willing to go the extra mile.
