Operations Project Manager

You will coordinate operations and projects across US and APAC time zones, managing business operations processes such as AP/AR tracking, FTE planning, and resourcing. You will own project plans end-to-end, track timelines and risks, and drive readiness for major milestones. You will reduce meeting load by aligning stakeholders, summarizing decisions, and circulating clear updates. You will maintain documentation and dashboards that surface status, blockers, and next steps, anticipate risks, propose contingencies, and keep execution on track while fostering a professional and proactive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of coordination across US and APAC teams
  • Manage AP/AR tracking, FTE planning, and resourcing needs
  • Own project plans end-to-end, including timelines, risks, contingencies, and follow-ups
  • Align stakeholders, summarize decisions, and circulate updates to reduce meeting load
  • Drive operational readiness for major milestones by coordinating priorities and deliverables
  • Maintain documentation and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into status and blockers
  • Anticipate risks and propose contingency plans
  • Foster a positive, professional, and proactive team environment

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in operations, project management, or program management
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple time zones (US/APAC preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Jira, Notion, and Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have: background in finance, HR, vendor management, or compliance
  • Nice to have: experience supporting leadership in fast-moving, high-growth companies
  • Nice to have: familiarity with tech or blockchain environments
  • Nice to have: exposure to PMO methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP training
